Pricing structure
Every engagement is scoped and quoted individually before any work starts. The structure below is how that quote is built. Invoices are issued electronically and payable by card or EFT via Paystack, in South African Rand (ZAR); USD invoicing is available for international clients.
1 · Diagnostic
From R27,000 / $1,500 once-off
The Revenue Leak Diagnostic: a senior review of your acquisition, lifecycle, CRM, and reporting stack. You get a written findings report, a prioritised fix list, and a working session to walk it. Fixed price agreed up front.
2 · Build
From R90,000 / $5,000 per sprint
Scoped project work that fixes one system at a time: tracking and attribution, CRM and routing, paid media restructures, reporting, AI-assisted workflows. Each sprint is defined in a written proposal with deliverables and a fixed fee before work begins.
3 · Run
From R140,000 / $7,800 per month
The fractional operator retainer: ongoing ownership of your growth system with a weekly operating cadence. Month-to-month, invoiced monthly in advance. Cancel with 14 days written notice — see the refund & cancellation policy.
